What shipping methods are available?

Within the USA and Puerto Rico, we use USPS flat rate and next day shipping. For orders to Mexico we usually use DHL.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship domestically but we also have representatives in Mexico and Puerto Rico.

How long will it take to get my package?

Handling time is one business day. Flat rate shipping from USPS or DHL may take up to four days depending on the destination.

What payment methods are accepted?

We only use PayPal and Stripe as methods of payment.

Is buying on-line safe?

Our website has the best security features and our payment methods do not provide us any sensitive information. Yes, it is safe.

How do I place an order?

Select a product and add it to your cart. The checkout options will take you through all the steps to complete your transaction.

How do I track my order?

The USPS system allows us to send you updates about your order. After your order is successfully placed you will get email from the USPS about the status of your order.

How can I return a product?

Email us and we will provide a return shipping address. You will send it to us using the company of your preference.
